The hotel was signifcantly above our expectations for the star rating it has. All areas were spotless, and
the staff work tirelessly to keep it that way.

Did have a slight problem with ants in the room at times
but this was dealt with quickly. The big pool area was always clean and masses of sunbeds free while we were
there.

The pool water is a bit cool but very refreshing to swim in. The food was excellent and there was always plenty of choice, at breakfast and dinner. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

We went to some of the evening entertainment the hotel puts on, enjoyed the Bee Gees tribute!

There's a regular(free) bus that goes to Son Bou and the beach, certainly welcome up the steep hill!

All in all a comfortable hotel which we'd certainly
use again.

This holiday was one of the most relaxing we have ever had. We booked self catering then upgraded to half board through the brochure, that way we got my 15 year old at child price, a 1 bedroom apartment rather than a hotel room and saved about

We arrived midday time at the hotel and was greated by Madga who was very friendly and helpful.

Had a problem with the room when we arrived due to it looking on to main road which can get noisy with the buses, got a room change, which was very kind, Madga was very helpful and worked very hard for this.

The hotel was lovely very clean. staff were very freindly and always seemed to be there 24/7.

Headwaiter very good.

Good entertainment enjoyed the abba night good drinks
pool got very busy.

The only bad point was how small the toilet area of the bathroom is if you dont like small spaces this is'nt for you.

Bus service very good.

Enjoyed holiday very much would return again when I have children as the hotel has everything for them.

An easy 20 minutes drive from the airport to Son Bou but then took us another hour to find the hotel. A tip for travelers who do need to drive to it, do not take the first exit to Son Bou from the main road but carry on to a smaller turning on the left sign posted Son Bou Camping. This is a great rouad & takes you directly to the hotel.

Apartment was looking a bit worn and rough around the edges however was spacious enough & set in lovely gardens. Great for the kids as we were on the ground floor. Can't fault the cleanliness.

We were All Inclusive and there was an abundance of food. Very busy in the restaurant but enough choice. However at the end of 2 weeks we were getting really fed up with what was on offer & the standard of some dishes was poor.

Staff were great & the kids loved Aby in the mini club. The entertainment was good also but the mini disco was a real let down.

Three of us came down with a horrible sickness bug towards the end & so did others in the hotel. Apparently there had been another outbreak of sickness a few weeks previous so a bit dubious and one of the reasons I wouldn't visit again.

We last stayed here 12 years ago and since our last visit the hotel has got better than ever. hotel is spotless.

Food is excellent. Plenty of choice for fussy eaters. All inclusive is new to this hotel and is a good option. things like cappucino or espresso are freshly made for you to order. Ice creams are premium nestle brands. As an all inclusive customer in some hotels you are treated like a second class customer but not so at this hotel.

The location at the top of a hill was known to us and it is actually good to be away from the bustle of the main resort. The free bus service back and forth works very well.

All staff were welcoming and friendly and go out of their way to help you. The resident entertainment staff work hard especially for the childrens disco, though at almost 4 yrs old my grandson was not able to attend the twice daily kids club as he was too young. The nightly shows by various outside artistes were excellent. Thursday night was Bingo night and not too much fun but it was broken up with a few fun games.

My only slight niggle here is that the air conditioning seems to be switched off during the small hours of the night which woke me each night as the temperature rose in the rooms.

Other than this I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in the apartments which were very clean. The cooking facilities consisted of a 2 ring hob and a toaster this could cause a few problems to eat in if there is more than 2 of you its difficult to keep food warm could have done with a microwave or a small oven.

All in all we really enjoyed our stay and are looking to book again for next year. The hotel shop can be quite expensive compared to other shops in town.

The hotel bus runs every 30 mins from 9am till 1pm then from 3pm till 7pm be warned even if you get there early there are people who just turn up and push in front of you as they dont use queing.

I rated the hoel entertainment as 3 as we spent most of our evenings in the centre watching the football. The tour reps offer tours at your welcome meeting but there is a travel shop in resort which offer similar tours cheaper.

We hired a car as driving is quite simple even though you are on the right.

Second time that we have visited this hotel and will be booking again next year.

When we arrived the staff remembered us from our previous visit and when we went down for our first evening meal, we were presented with with 2 bottles of bubbly.

We took the in-laws with us on this visit and they had a wounderful time.

Magda on reception is an angel and would bend over backwards if you had a problem.

The food is great aswell and the bathroom scales showed that!!

The pool is great, last year it had a bridge in it but this has since been removed and is alot more spacious to swim, a little cold mind.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, its fantastic.

Just returned in late June.

The all inclusive brochure page was printed wrong so you don't get what you pay for.

The hotel is very clean but the staff don't want to know all inclusive clients because they want tips from the other guests, the food was mostly luke warm every serving and the service left a bit to be desired.

The hotel is at the top of a mountain so old age , buggy pushers and disabled can for get this one.

Would I go again ---definatly not
