The Bannthai Patong We found the hotel to be very clean and tidy, however it seemed to be lacking in atmosphere.While feeling modern and upmarket was very boring and dull. If you are after the trditional Thai service probberbly not for you. Really didnt feel very personell at all. As soon as you walk out the driveway you are getting hassled non stop which is understandable considering the location which is right in the heart of it all.
Room service was ok but very western. Televisions kept breaking down in all 4 rooms.
Not for us again.
