Amazing hotel but poor beach

The hotel and staff were amazing! The rooms huge, clean, well-appointed and had great views. The TV has a good selection of English channels.

The rooms are a big bathroom with bath, separate shower and plenty of complimentary products.

The pool area is lovely, plenty of sun beds and the towels are free to use. The towel boy even gives you a bottle of freezing cold water which is a great touch. The pool is warm and massive!

The beach was a big let-down. It is covered in millions of tiny crabs which make the sand look like it's moving ... because it is! You could not lay on it, but you can walk along the shoreline or explore pools where the tide has gone out and sea animals have got trapped. Be aware of jellyfish in the water and spiky things in the sand.

The Mee & You pool bar is expensive but the food and milkshakes are good quality and very tasty.

Breakfast has a good selection of Thai and English food. The bacon is a bit rubbery but the omelettes and pancakes made to order make up for it.

The spa is fantastic! A very odd building and well worth booking just to see inside! Our massages were amazing :)

Outside the hotel on Fri/Sat/Sun there is a brilliant market, this has a good selection of food stalls, eating areas and crafts. Well worth a visit!
There is also a night market in town, a taxi or tuk tuk is 150 bhat, the street restaurants half way up serve good quality food.

The massage girls on the road up to the hotel do a brilliant foot massage, neck/shoulder massage, manicure/pedicure plus other spa treatments and they are really cheap! Be aware they do a real thai massage that can hurt if you are not used to it, just tell them and they will tone it down.

Next to this is a man that will do your laundry, it comes back spotless, ironed and wrapped for very little money. An excellent service.

Finally the bar on the corner is fantastic! A great band play, drinks are cheap and the food served is lovely. We went every night until closing time!

The people of Hua Hin are friendly and welcoming, we will return soon.

Superbly appointed rooms with excellent facilities, beautiful gardens with stunning water features. Really enjoyed our stay and the food was marvellous.

Found the staff very helpful- so nice to be welcomed with a warm smile. Close enough yet far enough away from the Town centre and right on a lovely beach. A lovely hotel to sit back and enjoy a relaxing break and be pampered by staff who seem to genuinely enjoy looking after you.

Not the cheapest place to stay but worth it all the same. Would recommend a visit.
