Just come back from above Hotel on Costa Brava. The room we stayed in (227) had some accessible facilities. Room size was reasonable. Kitchen facilities and benches were not lowered. Seperate bathroom with level access shower and fold down shower chair. Two handrails for toilet. They werent exactly space age and would only suit someone who was able to transfer with support from one other and had some balance (my opinion) Ramps into hotel and down to pool were quite shallow and not the usual 'face of the eiger' type. No pool access though.

Resort of Callella is quite accessible although a lot of shops and restaurants have steps into them. Train into barcelona is not accessible at all from what I could see although there were lifts at most stations. No idea how you would get onto train if you use a wheelchair, so it may require a request for ramps. Went to Nou Camp and it seemed geared up for wheelchair access. Same for the tour bus that does all of Barcelona.
