I flew back from Mahon airport last night and there are no problems for passengers as the accident was in the new terminal in an area under construction closed off to the public. In fact, the only problem was our First Choice flight was delayed by 3 hours but it had absolutely nothing to do with the accident and everything to do with the plane being delayed coming back from a flight to the Greek Islands earlier in the day!
