Mijas, nearby coast line of Benalmadena, Nerja, Malaga city itself, Chairlifts, Aqua Park, Gibraltar....list goes on.

Have a look through the Costa Del Sol pages for ideas.

If you are willing to sit on a bus for around an hour and a half, the Alhambra in Granada is well worth seeing, as is the city itself if you have time.

There are several tour companies which run buses there, but you might prefer to make your own way, and then your time schedule can be made to suit your preferences on the day.

no visit is complete without a trip to Gibraltar-just for the experience.
We usually park in Spain and the walk over the runway into Gib.
Great fun-lol.

Forgot to mention Ronda.
It's worth it for the drive alone-especially over the steep escarpment into the city and the scenery is beautiful.

It's about 7 years since I was last ther-so must be due another visit.

It's a lovely part of the country-so much to see and do.

One of the Costa's best kept secrets is ' La Paloma Park '. Catch the train just a few stops up and its about a 15min walk from the station. It's Spains equivilent to our botanical gardens. Take a loaf of bread with you and feed the wild cats, pelicans, terripins, fish, peacocks, ducks, plus enjoy the plants and lake, and it's free!

Plus Benal's Marina..........shops, bars ect

No pelicans now finches, they got rid of them about a year ago

If you go to Paloma Park on the train you need to get off at Arroyo de la Miel station. It is in Benalmadena Costa - quiet near to the sea front. Nice walk down the hill but a long haul going back to the station :(
