I'd like a price guide for food and drink (preferably in euros) from anyone who's been to Bulgaria (S.B. in particular) in 2006.
Also what were the best restaurants this year?

Euro price is roughly half Leva price, so just divide by 2, e.g. a beer at 90 Stotinki is around .45 Euro or a main course at 5 Leva is about 2.5 Euro...

<Edit> Be very careful if you are carrying a mixture of Euro & Leva banknotes - they look very similar at a cursory glance. You'll make some Bulgarian's day if you give him/her 20 Euro instead of 20 Leva!
