Hi all
looking for self catering apartments in PDI which would be suitable for someone with walking difficulties. Basically somewhere with ground floor apartments and pool on same level. (Sunwing were ideal, but alas they are no more..................) It's for my Mum. She is semi-mobile - uses a walking stick and can manage very short distances - we hope to hire a mobility scooter for her on the island. Any details of where to obtain one of these would also be appreciated (and approximate prices? - not that price is really an issue...)

Has it got to be in PDI, what about Masplaomas?
Yeah, PDI. Had a really bad experience in Maspalomas last year (Maspalomas Oasis Club). Think we've settled on Barcelo Las Margaritas. Have passed them manys a time and the seem good. They also have specific rooms for physically handicaped (which thankfully we don't need) so hopefully facilities in and around the pool should be OK - there sms to be a sloped area into the pool which is ideal.
