Did you come across the Banana festival, on the road down from Subway, next to Estrela Do Mar?
It runs every year from the first wednesday in Feb. Lots of Indian cultural scenarios with a mad betting set up that goes on all night.
Just wondering if anyone else has shared this experience?
Yeah i went with my friends from one of the shacks and my family. It was really good! A must see for anyone that is in goa at that time of year. brilliant experience!

went 3 years ago when it was near crematorium between Baga and Calangute - jaw dropping - it is the only time of the year the hindu are allowed to gamble
