Hi, I have booked a villa in Cala Blanes for 1 week, Friday 27th August to Friday 3rd September for my family. Booked the flights at the beginning of the week and we land on the Friday at 9 pm, which is fine, but the outward flight is not until 10 pm.

We have to vacate the villa by 10 am which leaves us a good few hours without a base. I contacted the villa company to see if it would be possible to book the villa until later, but understandably they say they need it vacated so they can clean it. They have suggested that we might be able to book a room at Hotel Los Delfines as a base for a few hours for 40 euros, which seems reasonable. I wouldn't usually bother, but my grandson will only be 15 months when we are there, so I would like him to be able to have a sleep and chill out before the flight, and also maybe to enjoy our last day at a pool.

However, we have been to Menorca a couple of times, although the last time was more than 10 years ago. From what I can see on the map, our Villa is close to Talayot Apartments (where we have stayed before), but I can't remember where Hotel Los Delfines is, I think I am mixing it up with the ?Amarrigut?, which I vaguely remember being at the other end of resort.

Does anybody have an idea if I am mixing the two up, or can they direct me to a map which shows Villa Ses Olivieres AND Hotel Los Delfines with an idea of distance between the 2 please. Or alteratively, would anybody know of a hotel/apartments which would let us book for a short period, ie. 10 am to 6.00 pm. Would be nice to have a pool, but just a base would be fine. Thank you.
