We have a daughter who has to follow a special diet, and were considering taking a few items with us to Rhodes. Has anyone ever done this? Can the cool box be checked into the hold?
When we done this a few years ago, there were certain items that we could not take. I do not have any idea where to look for this information, so any help would be appreciated.

There were restrictions on a lot of items a few years ago because of the Foot & Mouth outbreak in the UK. I don't think restrictions are quite as tight now, but you could contact your tour operator or airline and find out what will be allowed, rather than have stuff taken from you at the airport.
