choice of hotel

im going to marmaris next year for the first time and wish to go ai two hotels keep catching my eye hotel cettia or nergis beach, has anyone been to anyone of these hotels ?and could maybe give me a bit of help which one to go to thanks a lot
the nergis is far better located in marmaris than the cettia i think, its right on the beach!
friends of ours have stayed there 3 times now and are looking to go again in october, they just love the place, we stay at the kocer which is directly opposite the nergis, the entertainment there seems pretty constant and the pool area just looks fab!
don't know much about the cettia but its about 1km to the beach so a bit further out
