We have used this company 3 times and have found there service A1. They will do taylormade trips and will offer hotels in different price ranges. They are based in Wembly.
Fly to Delhi then train or driver to Agra. You could include Jaipur or even more of Rajasthan, it is an amasing state. We spent 3 weeks there before we flew down to Goa in 2005 and had a great time.
