2 weeks ago Mrs Kiltie and I went to Turkey on holiday for 2 weeks, that turned out to be the shortest yet longest holiday we have ever taken.
After 3 days we received a phone call to phone home which then had us trying to arrange flights back home, that flight was the longest 4 hours ever.
Sally's father had taken very ill and he died 3 days after we got home, it was good that Sally got to see him.
Now I knew my Father in Law was a popular man as well as an old burger to be honest, however in the 34 years I have know him not one single cross word was spoken between us.
You can imagine our surprise when in a national newspaper a full page obituary was published today, tears and laughter but a nice memory and tales of times gone bye from yesteryear.

What a lovely tribute Graham. His family must have been so proud when they read it. He does sound like a character mind you 
I knew some people who years ago worked on our local busses they were all like one big family & often socialised together and organised weekends away and stuff. We were always scared, as kids, of the conductors on the busses as they'd chuck you off if you messed about ringing the bell etc.
Years later when we went out to the pubs there was always a great atmosphere on the 'last bus'. The older men and women would get on after being to 'the club' and shout out who won the tote and the meat draw. Then, more often than not, someone out of their group would start a sing song.
I bet Willie had plenty of tales to tell

We don't know, there is information in there that we couldnt even recall
