You could sit tight and try and grab easyJet on the date of release. This should be sometime in next 4/6 weeks.

Unfortunately for you, the cheap charter flights have already gone particularly as you are looking at school holidays. The Aegean option posted by redrhino above, will probably be the best current rate that you will find.

I too am in a similar situation... Should have done it when I first saw them but did not, now I'm in the great race for easyjet, oh and the great wait!!
