Thanks very much for your feedback, I think I'm still leaning towards Terra Verde as the villas look very much like the ones we've stayed at before at Lake Berkley which we really liked. If no luck in booking one there, we'll probably go for Legacy Park as it seems to be listed as a 5 star resort, and at a really good price too!

I'm glad the holiday-rentals site is good, I think we're going to use them.
