I can't really advise whether the price that you have been quoted is good value, as I have never flown from Lebanon to Bulgaria.
I am surprised that your travel agent can quote a price before you have selected a hotel, as accommodation prices will be dependant on the hotel that you choose.
As far as spending money is concerned, if you budget for around $600/700 US per week, you could live like a king and probably take quite a lot of money back home with you. Today's exchange rate in one of the major Bulgarian banks is $1 US=1.536 Leva.

Andre, If you want a very good hotel, central for the nightlife then I can recommend the Hotel Sofia. This is on the main shopping street, right opposite the night club,along with other music venues. There is also night club/disco's just down the small hill at the Astera, a casino is also in the same vicinity.
The hotel is a true 4* hotel with double glazing,air conditioning and a lovely pool for chilling out on . The roof has a skyline bar which opens from 10pm until 4am, excellent for that last one, unless you are still in the clubs that is. The beach is about 250 metres away.

i booked at perunika hotel exactly in the middle facing gogo girls something like that
its 3 star hotel very nice and not so expensive anyone of guys will be in golden sands in august? well if some1 is going we will rock ok then thats all for now take care u all Andre
