Tour Operators and Travel Agents

we only seem to have had one previous query about them and that as just a mix up and possibly an email diverted by a spam filter.

Their website is registered to an address very close to the mailing address they show - you wouldn't believe how many times that isn't the case!

They just seem to be a small agent and part of the Freedom Travel Group, which is a sort of club for small agents run by CoOp Travel. This scheme gives them bonding amongst other things

If the holiday you are looking at is actually from one of the big tour operators, possibly with a bit of late discount off the broschure price, then there will also be bonding through them as well.

they do show some credit card charges under the FAQ section.

If the holiday is being put together by them you need to specifically confirm that it is bonded/legally protected as a package before handing over any money. You would also need to check the airlines baggage policy as some of these small operators get a bit lost in the rules and leave people with charges to pay at checkin.
