Belo is available in a few places in the north and IMHO is worth looking for. I know Annapurna Bar, Candolim sell lots, (it's my local Ha!) Also a number of restaurants have it, Cecilias for one did have last year.
the only time I tried it was on Jake the snakes crocodile trip, I poured it in the river......YEEUCH!!!
