Not sure about Olhos de Agua launderettes, maybe HT member Mad Mick could advise you. There is one situated on Rua Alexandre Herculano which is just off Estrada St Eulalia, turn down the street where Ali Super shop is on the corner its on the right hand side next to the nursery & called Preto & Branco (Black White), otherwise the only other one I know is in Branqueira village on the main road, from the world roundabout again next to & down the side of Ali super supermarket.
