I've never been inside but the hotel is a fairly short journey from the airport.
That said traffic in Dubai can vary wildly depending on time of day. I'd contact the hotel directly with your flight times and they should bea able to give you some idea.

Its at the airport. You should be there in minutes. Mind you we were a long time getting out of the airport!( we couldn't afford that hotel though!)
