Does anybody know of these apartments??
I would like to know what the surrounding area is like, bars, restaurants and distance to the beach.

Its a small complex, mainly spanish owned??
Los Rosales is an urbanisation of apartments/duplexes near Parque Commercial. It consists of owners from UK, Spain, Netherlands. It is a fairly small complex about 150yds from the beach.
There are some restaurants/bars, supermarkets (and beachbars) in the proximity. It is not central Mojacar Playa (Where is central Mojacar Playa?).
All the 'accommodations' there have car parking, gardens and a beautiful communal pool. The complex is around five years old at most and appears to be kept tidy at all times.

The apartments are close to here (Above link) and I would have said the area could be described as "Central Mojacar Playa" seeing that it is roughly central ie: half way along the Playa's 7km.
What they probably mean,and this a bit out dated nowadays,that it is not close to the "Brit Strip" (Near the Indalo Hotel) which was once the main part of the Playa.
