we are travelling to nice in 4 weeks time to suprise a close relation who is on a cruise docking at monte carlo on her 70th birthday

Hi - every time we go to Monaco we have a drink at the cafe de paris outside the casino - its on the expensive - ish side but I don't think mega - however, not sure what the food menu is like as we only ever drink there - its the best place in Monaco for people watching!! (On 3 visits we've seen Bill Wyman, Stelios and Roger Moore!!).
