We need to get from Mumbai domestic airport to Mumbai International airport and I understand that they are far apart. Does anyone know the best way to get from one to the other?

The terminals are on opposite sides of the same airport. There is a free transfer coach. Look for the signs in the arrivals hall. Just show them your onward international ticket.
