no, if you want to fly, then the Stansted option is probably your best bet.

Trains look fairly tricky as you would have to cross London (Kings Cross to Charing Cross) - and it looks to be about 13 hours on the coach with a change in London.

Hi, you could try Gatwick. Motorway all the way to Dover about 1 and a half hour drive. this will save any queues on the QE 2 toll Bridge. A plus is you come in on the right side of Dover for Cruise terminal. Tonyt

i would also recomend gatwick! you should be able to get reasonable flights with ba or maybe even easyjet but not sure about that.

We flew from Gatwick to Edinburgh. It cost 41 pounds return with easyjet. Obviously it depends on day, time and date of course. I assume flights from Edinburgh are similar.

You would then have to consider how you would get from Gatwick to Dover. Train or taxi.
