Hi,
My parents and I have been to India a number of times and have always had a great time. We normally head to Goa to Patnem Beach, but it's getting pretty overcrowded and prices are rising so we're looking for somewhere new. We are looking for somewhere quite quiet where we can stay on or very near the beach but that still has enough restaurants to satisfy my penchant for good curries! We prefer a beach bungalow over a hotel.
Can anyone recommend anywhere that might be close to what we're looking for, please?
Gokarna in Karnataka ?? No sunbeds or crowds on Om beach, just about 2 hours-ish from Palolem beach, we went there for the day, Gokarna itself looked a nice little town.
