this is the first season for New Line Village I was there earlier this week and it looks really good, the pool is especially nice. The road down to the main road is still unfinished but if you go down and across the road , through the barrier it takes you through a wooded park to the edge of Sunny Beach, really nice walk, and less than 10 mins from the development to the sea.
