I don't know if this is any help to anyone, but spent a week here with my family earlier this month. My oldest son is a wheelchair user (Cerebral Palsy) and found it easy to get about with him. The apartment has ramps (a little steeper than we are used too) and lifts, although they're quite small. We just removed the feet from the wheelchair and it was fine. A few other people kept their chairs in the luggage room of the foyer. Restaurant bar and entrance are all on the flat. Resort had dips and zebra at almost every road and corner. Also older lady friend of ours, who too uses a wheelchair recommends the Hotel Angela which is just across the street. We flew with Thomas Cook and they looked after us fine. I have put reviews of the hotel and the resort on the other pages. Just thought the info might be of use to other chair users :D
