I don't really think that the day you arrive will matter so much, as there are guests arriving in and leaving accomodations on all differenet days of the week if you think about it.

We are hoping to go in June. I am finding it difficult to find Saturday flights - they all seem to be Thursdays!
I'll keep my eye out for you kazie 
If you can fly out Friday night after work (as I have to this May) : ) then I'v found flight with flyThomas Cook 13th June leaving Birmingham at 20:25 £137.99 and one coming back on Saturday 28th for £51.99!!!
try sky scanner it mixes and matches flights i find it pretty good
