My girlfriend and I are due to Holiday in Egypt in around eight weeks, we found an all inclusive package which seemed like a really good deal, and subsequently, it was booked. However, after a little idle curiosity led us to delve a little deeper into what the hotel we'd be staying at (Naama Heights) was like, we found quite a few negative reviews, though some reviews did seem to make it out to be really good too. Overall though the bias seems to be towards a more negative outlook regarding in particular, poor quality of food, indifferent staff and poor levels of cleanliness.

Is there anyone from this forum who has stayed at the Naama Heights or has close friends or family who have done so relatively recently? and if so, did you enjoy your stay there? The incredulity regarding quality is borne out of so many differing reviews. I was wholly confused as to how one person could say it was a total dive, and yet someone else could proclaim it as a superb hotel. I know it's what you're used to which would influence your review, but still...

I'd love the negativity to be exposed as unfoundered as we're really looking forward to it, it'll be the first proper break we've both had in a long while!
