Hi Carol, Have a look at this website ,it tells you which hotels have showers for lots of different holiday resorts.Just click on Spain and the Costa Dorada will come uo with other costas.You dont have to book with the website just find companies that do that hotel.

Does it have to be a hotel? My partner has mobility problems and we go for self catering apartments or villas. Most of their websites have pictures or videos of the accommodation so we can see if there's a shower rather than bathtub with shower above. If not, I always check with the owner or managing agents to make sure we have a walk-in shower or wetroom before booking.

The Vil.LaRomana has them in certain rooms - we had one last time we were there. I can't remember the room number so best to ask your TA to request one and then contact the hotel yourself just to be safe.
