I've stayed in this hotel twice (trying somewhere different this year though) Although this hotel is lovely and the staff were (usually) very nice and couldnt do enough, the 2nd time i returned to this hotel we found that we were slightly put off due to the rooms being unclean and an issue with a member of staff. Apparently this member of staff has now left the hotel and ive seen new pictures of it and it looks great, anyone been recently and know how its doing? Ive checked the hotels reviews but they all seem to be from last year, would be a shame to see a good hotel go to waste. thanks Elle x
