Thinking about going May or June

I saw a good price for Riu Bellevue for May, but it's gone up! We are thinking about May or June.

Would it be hot enough either mid May or early June? Also, we're vegetarian, so if anyone can recommend any hotels based on that it would be helpful. I'd be hoping for somewhere that has good salad, chips, pasta with tomato sauce, and also preferably all inclusive and drinkable wine.

Any advice appreciated! Thanks.

Hi Lesley, we've been twice in mid May and it's still been hot - very easy to burn still, occasionally it clouds over but the weather's really nice then, not as unbearable as July/August.

I would say May is an ideal time to go, before it gets unbearably hot. Most Tunisians don't have much concept of vegetarianism and think it's to do with the cost of meat but you will always find something to eat and it shouldn't be a problem. Tunisian salads are very tasty and pasta and pizzas are available everywhere.
