hi all, hope someone can help.
booked a package holiday to zante with thomas cook, but the flight is with thomson. i asked in the shop and was told sometimes they do this.
what i want to know is when i arrive in zante airport what reps(if any) should i be looking out for thomas cook or thomson to guide me to the transfer coach. also what companys reps will be at my apartments. very confused as this hasn't happened to me before.

Not 100% on this but I'd say your rep would be a Thomas Cook rep as that's the company you booked with.
Yes if you booked from a Thomas Cook brochure it will be Thomas cook reps, it's quite common for Thomas cook to use Thomson planes as a carrier nowadays, this could again be due to the decline in holiday bookings recently.
