We are going on our first cruise on the dream in April and as we are not getting picked up until 5pm on departure can we still eat and drink using our AI package until we disenbark.

Hi I am pretty sure you can, I was on the Spirit last year on AI drinks package as well and you could still carry on eating and drinking until you disembark - I did have the early departure from the shio, as I prefer this, I assume it's the same though.
I could in Feb but left about 1.30. Not sure what happens if you want any pay for items presumably it will still go on your registered card.
