If you click on http://www.homeinturkey.com ,then click on Side you will find lots of advice on the area .I would recommend a trip to Cappadocia,an amazing place.the trips are for 3days/2nights and cost from £30.The only boat trip I know of is one that takes you up the river to Manavgat waterfalls.

When we have been in the Antalya area we have used United Blue transfers, they were excellent. You could try googling them or book them through Travel Republic. (Use CARDSTUDENT in promo box for a discount.)

Cappadocia is too far for a day trip as it took us all day to travel there,thats with stops at places of interest along the way.I think it will only be possible on a 2 week holiday.
