They have towels according to this first recent review in tripadvisor, I an not sure about the gym with running machine? I will see what I can find.
Now we've been and, no you don't need to take beach towels. You can borrow them every day from beside the pool and on the beach. Also, there's no running machine!! Lovely warm pool though...
