Excellent location.

On arrival in Crete none of my party were on any administration details. Transfers sorted by a rep at the airport despite having booked all details on line 1 month before.
Most of my friends were booked in the hotel we all should have been in but two of us were relocated to the Hersonossis Palace on the other side of town.
Because we all booked all inclusive we could not eat or spend leisure time together without incurring more expense. The hotel itself was meant to be of equal standard however it was 2 pools as opposed to 5, restricted meal times, no snacks, only cakes in the afternoon.
Entertainment was one evening as opposed to every evening. If you did not purchase a ticket for the spectacular bar b queue evening you were restricted to the indoor area of ...

The gym was not in use and had rusty equipment. The advertising photos show only the very smart aspect of this hotel and do not reflect how limited the space really is for sitting and relaxing.
In Crete the rating was 5 stars but I would rate no higher than 3.

This hotel is running a scam of overbooking and placing excess guests in a near unmanned hotel. The lounge bar, tv room and gym were closed.
The only service for drinks was at the pool bar where there was a constant battle to obtain a plastic seat to sit on.the doors of the un-manned hotel were unlocked and open 24 hours and any one was able to come and go. our rep. was amazed at the whole affair but was unable to obtain any response from the management general staff were embarrassed and did their best under trying circumstances.
I am not a 5* snob but would not even give this hotel 3*
