Have stayed at Mamouzelous apartments twice a year for 8 years.
The apartments are always clean although basic (you don't go on holiday to sit in your room). The owner, Leftus lives in an apartment in the garden and is always on hand for help or advice.
All in all, great value for money, in a relaxed area of the town but only 2 mins to beach and 5 mins to main square.
Would recommend to anyone.
