Room was cleaned every morning ,fresh towels every day.

Rooms are on the small size two single beds plus bunk
bed. Main thing is that they were clean. Could not fault the food plenty of choice.

Hotel bit out of the way if you have small childen
they do have a bus shuttle service which is quite good.

Bar staff were run off there feet rest off the staff ok.
The entertainment is like Presthaven Sands in N/Wales.
Too many people letting the kids run wild while trying
to drink as much ale/shorts as they can.

If you are on a cheap budget its ideal. Trying to get a
seat at the night time is a nightmare.

We have just returned 16th June and would like to say how wonderful this holiday was.

It is a horses for courses holiday. If you want to go to a holiday camp in the sun then book this now. If you want something better then that don't book.

The cleaners were in every day and did a good job, clean towels and the floor mopped, the only thing they seemed to miss was under the beds. The food was excellent and always better than warm.

The hotel is at the wrong end of the resort if you want the lively end but we didn't. It was nice to walk around and it felt more Spanish at this end. The beach is about a 15 minute walk but if you want the centre it's about 40 minutes.

The Entertainment team were fantastic and always working. During the day the Kids club was on from 11 to 1 and from 2 to 4. There are adult activities from 10.30 in the morning starting with rifle shooting and taking in pool, water polo, quizzes etc. In the evening the entertainment starts at 8 o'clock with the quiz followed by children

After arriving at the hotel, as we were a party of five, we were given the option of staying in the hotels apartments, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, balcony and lounge. It was a lovely apartment only about a minutes walk.

Within two hours our room was robbed. The room was locked, who else had a key? The apartment was not broken into just items taken from the locked room.

I reported this immediatly to reception who were not very helpful and told me to go to the police station next door.
I received a police report and the reception just photocopied it and said they will look into it.

The police came with a member of staff the following day to inspect windows and doors in the room and that was it,
no explanation, apology or help.

Now back in England I'm left with my travel insurance not paying out because it was not a break and entering.
So money and a mobile phone worth

After reading the reviews others had left about this hotel, was a bit unsure about what faced us on arrival here at Villa Marina. I was pleasantly surprised that infact I had one of our best holidays yet!!! Our 10yr old son had a ball, made loads of great friends, and never seemed bored. The hotel is regularly cleaned, although the toilets in the bar got a bit smelly at night.

The food was great with a different selection every night. The only thing we were a bit dissapointed in was that with 3 night left we noticed that there was a carvery at the back of the resturant, which we did not know was there(its well worth a visit up the back). All staff were brill and always kept extremely busy. The entertainment was great for the kids and Deano, Hazel and co were always about for a great laugh with both kids and adults.

The hotel itself is about 20 minute walk to the beach and the town centre but a suttle bus is provided free of charge between 10-11.30am and again from 4-5.30pm from the hotel gate. Porta ventura is appprox 9 euros each way in a taxi which reception staff are more than hapy to book for you.

We would definately recommend this hotel for a great budget family holiday. We have only been back 2 days and are off to the travel agents to bok up for next year. Excellent !!!!!

Well we never stayed in the hotel at all.

When we arrived at the reception we checked in and were escorted through a back fire door in to a lane which had piece of waste land at the back with old furniture dumped in it. To get to the building that we were to stay in we had to pass the bins that were located outside the kitchen which were infested with cockroaches!

The building that we were sent to was private apartments although lovely not what we had booked and not enough of them, so some of our party had paid for accommodation but had to share with other family members so they got nothing for their money.

We were booked on an all inclusive package but the apartments had no facilities so in order for us to get a drink, food, ice cream or eat in the restaurant we had to walk about 500 yards. The kids could not go to the hotel alone because it was not safe.

The hotel itself was like Butlins abroad kids running riot to all hours uncontrollably, drink all over the floor.

To get a drink you had to queue for 30 mins sometimes longer for a limit of two drinks per person. There were no seats and the air conditioning was broken.

The food in the hotel was disgusting and the same morning noon and night. Kids serving themselves so the food was all mixed in and all over the floor.

The room sizes are all a standard double with no balcony so if you

The food at villa marina is excellent, something for everyone. Inside hotel is clean but swimming pools are disgusting. hotel staff are amazing, entertainment is to much for kids, adults get about 1hour every evening. I would never visit this hotel again and would not recommend anyone else to if they are hygenic people.

We arrived at our hotel thinking how small the balconies were.we entered the building into a very nice reception area.

As a party of eight(two families of four) we were asked if we would consider an apartment but it would mean both families all sharing a place the size of a large house.

We went to look, we were impressed, huge balcony, with patio set and sofa. we had a large kitchen with cooker,fridge/freezer, washing machine. three bedrooms(we used the large sitting room as a fourth bedroom)two bathrooms.

The maids cleaned everyday and brought clean towels..impressive! We saw the rooms in the hotel..a half size bath with shower with enough room for just a double bed only.but very clean.

Entertainment, pool, food and drinks were good we used all these facilities every day,but we could leave the hustle for peace of our apartment out of the door at the rear of the hotel and down the street.

Although we had a lovely apartment we were quite prepared to get a small room and be happy with it,we didnt intend to spend much time in our room.although we did have to walk past the hotels smelly bins, the binmen came to empty them several times throughout the day and night.

We heard there were kids running around at night in the hotel but that they weren't too noisy.

We liked the hotel, the rep was good the entertainment team and acts were good(apart from the drag act) the manager was always on hand,we had no complaints.

If you are thinking of booking this hotel my advise is don't, it is dirty, rooms are so small you have only about a foot all the way round the beds if you are a party of four.

It is very noisy still playing football at 2am in the morning, children running all over and fighting, we even saw a child take a knife to another boy.

The place is a mess.

A good value for money hotel. All staff hard-working and friendly. Food excellent and plenty of choice for all tastes.

Hard-working English entertainment team working day and night.

A little crowded at peak times (visited furing half-term) but a good family hotel and good atmosphere.
