The Gateaparthotel, is small and friendly. It is just like staying in a large Family home. First impression of the rooms are basic, but they are more than adequate. This is a self catering option, but there is a conservatory where you can have meals cooked, these are excellent.
The pool area is small, but big enough for the amount of guests the apartments can hold.

Second time at the gate loved every minute staff different from last year but got on great with them.
Rooms basic but clean' grounds and views lovely pool spotless snacks are fine. Good location top of town weekly market 100 yards away for shopaholics as for entertainment we made our own.
Ex manager Dedi had his birthday bash here at end of September(great guy)and he arranged belly dancers and food, staff couldnt do enough for you and were encouraged to join in.
Will hopefully be going towards end September again hopefully meet up with many regulars who go year after year (brilliant).

Rooms were very clean, towels and bedding changed regularly.
The location of the Gate is perfect, you have quiet and solitude then walk a few yards up the road to the great nightlife,restaurants and shops, perfect!
The staff at the gate (Omer and Pam) were really helpful,lovely people, the entertainment that they organised was great, it was my husbands birthday while we were there and Omer and Pam could not do enough to help us celebrate.
We have been to the Gate in September, 2005 and will definitely be going back again in 2007.
The best resort we have been to, it has everything, quiet, entertainment, fantastic pool, in which I learned to swim this year, lovely managers that are really helpful and just a great atmosphere.
We took friends this year, and they fell in love with it.

Great apartments sleeping up to to 4 people in a level and beautiful setting just behind the main street in Hisaronu.
Easy access to shops bars and restaurants taxis and buses to the beach. Yet through the gates you are away from it all. Lovely pool.
Nothing is too much trouble for Omer the Manager & Pam. Cannot wait to return in September.
Hisaronu is still my favourite place even after 15 yrs. But dont tell anyone we dont want to spoil it!
