It was about 6am when we arrived. First impressions, we hated it, to make matters worse the 2 apartments we were allocated were horrible.
Balcony doors didn't lock properly, a washing line was attached to one of the balconies'to the back of the restaurant. The view was, well you had to see it to believe it! The apartments were smelly and you couldn't even say basic! Disgusting!
We were finally offered a different apartment but I felt we were not getting the accommodation we paid for.
In the end we paid extra and moved resorts.
We didn't try any food as the tea we had to drink was bad enough.
The staff tried their best, but we weren't happy!
I will never go back to these apartments again.

Spacious rooms, bathroom quite small and compact, lovely view from the balcony of the pool, restaurant and bars.
Surroundings and rooms are cleaned everyday without fail, kept neat and tidy at all times.
Fantastic food! Even though they had to go to Fetythie for the chicken!!(Thank you for that!)
Hotel is seconds away from the town centre which caters for everything you need.
Hotel staff!!!!!!What can we say?! Absolutely fabulous!!!Manager sonny, Mustafa on reception, Charlie, Wolf, Gino, Muzzy, Ozzy, Silmon, Jan(bar staff) Hussain, Muzzy, Simon and many more(restaurant staff) Eric, Photo Mexx, Savash, Crazy and Emry (break dancers) and everyone else who works there. Thank you all for a fantastic and unforgettable holiday!!!
A range of entertainment that will keep you laughing and smiling for hours and you won't forget it when you come home! In our case, especially Charlie and big John from Barnsley with their famous dance to the proclaimers hit "I would walk five hundred miles" and the Full Monty (a must see!)
Would we visit this hotel again? We already have done in July 2004!! It's like neighbours - you have to visit it twice to fully appreciate it!
