we have just returned from our stay in this hotel, the hotel is about 5 mins walk from the blue mosque and hagia sofia so in a fairly good location, although its in the middle of a street of bars ,restaurants etc so there is noise til about midnight. we had the top floor , rooms were fine with 4 poster beds but quite a walk up 3 flights of stairs, so not suitable for anyone with disabilities. management were fine, not overly friendly but not rude either, seem to keep to themselves, i feel this was because we didnt do any of their trips. we had our wedding anniversary whilst there, they were aware of this but nothing extra was given, they recommended a restaurant called hamdi to celebrate, that was supposed to be great and very popular and bookings only, we were very disappointed with it, its a cattle market, they couldnt wait to get you out for next table to arrive,
food small quantities and mainly kebabs, and lots of extra charges so i wouldnt recommend this, the only good thing was the views from the terrace of the bosphorus and new mosque, its near galata bridge. hotel clean and basic, they give you 5% for cash payment we booked larger rooms at 65 euro so pd 61.75 euro after discount, and these large rooms werent that large, overall ok, excellent views fromt the terrace of blue mosque, hagia sofia and the bosphorus
