hello
i am thinking about going to bulgaria to the iberostar hotel sunny beach
i have got a really good price for next june through balkan holidays not at the travel agents direct with balkan for the same holiday through first choice they want £1000 more
if you book with balkan do you know if children can still use the kids club at this hotel
as any members used balkan is it just them same as say first choice,airtours etc
it says they have been going for 42 years so i am sure its fine
are the planes ok do you get met at the airport just the same as booking with travel agents
any advise/tips

Been going with Balkan since '89 and not had any real problem.
The aircraft are nearly all airbusses now.
You do get met at the airport and transferred to hotel.
One advantage going with Balkan is that you keep your room until your departure to the airport on the way back, with other tour operators you have to vacate earlier.
Go for it, £1000 is a LOT of pocket money when you get there.

been with both balkan and first choice.as patka said you keep your room with balkan,
we paid with first choice to keep our room and they still made us vacate at 8pm,3 hours before the coach came to pick us up
so we had to sit around with our cases and travelling clothes.
