I could name as many if not more and you would not need to take out a second mortgage to buy a drink unlike these. ;)

I have always found a very enjoyable, quite literal, watering hole, in all weathers, to watch the world go by on the river, the London Eye revolve and time pass on Big Ben, is an old moored paddleboat, the Tattersall Castle, a short stroll down the Embankment from Embankment station... all hands on deck in summer and below deck, by the panoramic windows, on colder or wet days.

I would also like to recommend The Old Salt Quays, its north from Canada Water Station

Worth visiting London, just to try any of these watering holes.
