Anything with word 'Oura' in its title eg Oura Praia will be in that area.

The Solidor Apartments (I think thats the name may have spelt it wrong) is on cardiac hill about 50yds down the hill on the left hand side from the roundabout at Wilde & Co bar. I have never stayed at this place so cant comment on what its like. Cheers Jayjan

I stayed at the Soldoiro apartments last year. The location is ideal although the pool is small, very deep and very cold. 2 minutes to the beach and the same to the strip. Feel free to ask any questions.

ladyl - the apartments look quite small on sites - did you find them small? We will have to book 2 as there is 6 of us and they dont seem to do 2 bedroomed apartments.

I would not say they were on the small side. We stayed in a one bedroomed with sea view. Very breezy and too windy to sit out on a night time. Also quite noisy as we were on the main road. 4am-6am you seem to have people coming back up the hill as a night club down towards the beach although we never found it!

The bedroom was a reasonable size although a pillar in the middle of the room but we did have fan on the wall. Also another fan in the kitchen. The dining/kitchen/living area quite spacious. We kept 2nd bed out in lounge area and still enough room to move around. Our balcony was also roomy.
