hello i am going to Goa this April. It will be my 4th time but i usually go in Jan/Feb. I can't go in Jan/Feb this year because i am at university and have to go in halfterm. Is April much hotter than Jan/Feb?
Thanks in advance

                Hello yummymummy,
April in Goa is VERY hot!! but it's the humidity that gets you, you feel totally zapped of energy.
Make sure you book a room with A/C otherwise you might not get much sleep. Don't worry you'll still have a fantastic time, you'll notice the difference in how much quieter Goa is in April compared to Jan and Feb.

P.S. the weather is really very hot at the moment and I'm finding it really chilly in the evenings which is kind of unusual for this time of year.

hello thanks for the advice. ive managed to get a room with a/c
im bringing my son and hes only two so i always get a/c rooms. I'm looking forward to it. The locals loved playing with my son last time we went :). Not looking forward to the long flight though. Oh well, it'll be worth it.
P.s.. i have just ordered the anti malaria tablets , 2 a day and 2 every week. Do you know if we could just take one tablet every week. that would be a lot easier, especially with my son .
Thanks

We went the last 2 weeks of April last year and it was v hot and humid. But you do get used to it. Going last week of March 1st week in April so hoping it won't be as bad.
I think that is the standard/recommmended malaria tablets as that was what we took last time.
