Hopefully, Balkan Holidays will have researched this route adequately, given their/BH Air's tendency to change flights, have multiple landings on under subscribed departures, etc.

Yes - I see that the Burgas route isn't (yet) showing on the Norwich Airport website.
I've been watching the national and local forecasts - from reports about reduced harvests due to lack of rain, the forecast thunderstorms are likely to be very welcome (to locals, if not to holidaymakers).
