There are a number of companys that do packages to Goa. I think its all down to personal choice.

Olympic are usually reasonable, and although i now usually DIY i have previously used Thomas cook and Jewel in the crown both were good. Also hayes travel.
As for prices sometimes the larger companies offer a some good deals. Keep checking and fingers crossed.

DIY is also an option book your own flight and accomodation. Owners direct is a good website also look in the hotel review section on here.

The guys on here will also give you some ideas of where is good to stay if you need any help.
