Holiday Complaints

Do you have a holiday complaint? For help and advice post in here.
Before anybody can answer or offer advice, they are going to need more information. For example, when? Where to/from? Who booked the flight? You, the cruise line, the TA you booked the cruise with? What if anything do either the cruise line or the TA have to say about this?
Flight was from Gatwick to Genoa, booked by Msc cruises for 26.05.2018.
They will not give a full refund due to Msc cruises stating it is a fault with the airline not the cruise. The cruise is still operating.
They are looking at flights but can not give a timeline and customer service is extremely poor.
